Contract:
ACS Digital Media always requires a contract before providing our services iIn order to protect the rights of your business and ours.
Estimations:
Project estimations will be valid for 30 days after initial estimate. Beyond this time period, estimations must be reconsidered.
Retainer:
A 50% retainer fee is required after contract signing before we begin working on your project.
Content:
All content and information is required before we can begin the design of the project. Content includes all text, photos, logo files, etc. All content must be provided within 10 business days or another agreed amount of time after the retainer in order to avoid delays in the project.
Point of Contact:
You will be required to establish 1 contact person from your company to be in charge of all contact with us.
Delay Notification:
If you are to become unreachable or have a delay for any reason, you must norify us in order to make other arrangements. Failure to do this will result in your project being put on hold until we complete our other projects and are able to resume work on it.
Business Hours:
ACS Digital Media operates from Monday – Friday 9am-5pm PST, not including holidays. If you will need our services beyond these hours, you will be charged 150% of our hourly rate for overtime.
Additional Upgrades:
Any addition to your web site or project including extra pages, additional photos or features (forums, forms, CMS, etc) after initial estimation will increase the total cost of the project. Please let us know of any upgrades you will need as soon in advance so that we can make the appropriate preparations.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due on all projects before final project files are sent or the web site is uploaded to the final web server. We cannot make any exceptions on this policy.
