Web Design Process
Initial Contact:
After you contact us, we will send you our "identity solving" questionnaire so that we can evaluate your needs. Once we received the completed questionnaire, we will go over everything so that we may provide you with realistic estimations.
Contract:
After we have agreed upon the project specifications, we will send you a contract by email.
Retainer Fee and Content:
Along with the return of a signed copy of the contract, we require an initial retainer fee of 50%, instructions and any other content (text, photos, logos etc.) before we start the on logo design.
Design Direction:
At this point, we will send you a short questionnaire to get more details about your desired website style and any other details that will make our work possible (colors, impression etc.).
Concepts:
At this point we will provide you with a sample (.jpeg) homepage layout using the provided images, logos, etc. After the homepage is approved, we will design a sample content page as well.
Site Construction and Preview:
After your approval of the design sample we will begin the coding of the site pages. Once the programming is complete, we will upload the site to our server so that you may look it over and make any more changes or corrections.
Final Payment:
After the site has been tested and approved, the remaining 50% payment must be made before the site can go “live” by uploading it onto your server or web host.
Maintenance:
Once your site is "live", you can choose to have us maintain your site/content. We usually charge an hourly rate for maintenance work, but offer flat rate monthly packages for frequent updates.
